The tall drop point blade is made from CPM-S30V for a great balance of corrosion resistance and edge performance, and its large cutting belly maximizes efficiency when processing game or tackling any slicing task. The Santoprene handle and blade jimping sections provide generous amounts of grip and precise blade control. The knife includes a molded black and orange Boltaron sheath.

Steep Country Hunter/ Benchmade
Received this brightly colored Fixed Blade a few months ago. I gave it to my wife to use as a general, around the kitchen cutting tool. We are pretty big meat eaters; she uses it to cut ribs, bones, etc. and it's become her go to Knife. She just says- "Watch out, it's sharp as hell." Plus, I should mention, it's easy to touch up the blade on a light stone, and then a good leather strop. Thanks again, KSF- A Happy Customer.
