Bark River Knives: Gameskeeper 2

We asked Mike Stewart about the Gameskeeper 2 and this is what he said,

The Bark River Knives: Gameskeeper 2 is the same as the Gameskeeper except it has a longer blade. There are no other changes to the knife.

It has the nice stout construction of the Gameskeeper and the quick taper point to be able to pop joints. It is razor sharp,

It has a the choke up feature of the choil so you can choke up and physically grab the blade to get a feel the edge.

The impetus for designing this knife was interviewing a lot of hunting guides. All of them seemed to prefer something between the 5” and 5.5” blade as their one carry knife. We took the Gameskeeper and lengthened it so we ended with the knife they were all asking for.
