Kershaw Knives: Copper Natrix - KVT Bearings - 7007CU
First released in a smaller version, the copper Natrix is now available in its full-sized frame as well. The blade is a 3.25-inch drop-point profile, the perfect mid-size performer for an EDC folder. It's fashioned from D2, a high-carbon tool steel that’s highly wear resistant, tough, and offers excellent edge retention. Since copper is more dense than steel, the handle has some extra heft, changing the feeling of the knife to be more substantial. Copper will patina over time much more than synthetics or aluminum, so the knife will gain its own unique character for each user. The knife also features Kershaw’s KVT ball-bearing pivot, so the flipper causes a silky smooth blade opening with ease. The knife rides on a reversible (left or right, tip up) deep-carry pocket clip.
