With Mike’s many years of knowledge of knife design and experience in the market, he and Lesley work hard to develop a line of knives worth standing behind. They have worked hard to maintain a strong and successful business, where they do everything they can to make their employees and customers feel as if they are part of the family.

Jim Stewart was raised in the knife world, giving him an excellent viewpoint on the development and creation of knives. With his knowledge about edge geometry and steel types, Jim makes some of the most treasured knives in the world. Along with managing production, he is heavily involved with designing new knives.
