The Northwoods Iron River is a very efficient and compact field knife that fits both the EDC role and that of a general purpose belt knife for all around hiking and camping tasks.  The handle is ergonomic and comfortable  - even in sustained use.  The point is just the right angle and height in relation to the handle for fast and effortless field dressing of almost any size game. 

Each Iron River is supplied with a very unique leather sheath that can be worn vertically or horizontally and also has a magnetic retention system built into the back plate of the sheath for extra secure retention.  A very handy knife in a compact package.
