It attaches to your keychain and is nearly as small as your car keys. One of Spyderco's smallest locking knives is the Ladybug.
This variant utilizes K390, a high-alloy particle metallurgy tool steel characterized by high amounts of vanadium, tungsten, and cobalt to achieve exceptional edge retention and toughness. This model can be identified by its full-flat grind and the unique blue FRN handle scales. FRN is a lightweight material, a fiberglass-reinforced nylon resin that helps keep the entire knife weight down at just 0.6 of an ounce (16.4 grams). The knife doesn't have a clip but rather a lanyard hole for attachment to a keychain or lanyard.
Like its larger counterparts (and all Spyderco knives) the Ladybug3 packs tremendous cutting power and can take on both fine and heavy cutting tasks.
