Best bang for the buck
I’ve been carrying a PM2 in CPM-M4 daily now for several years. When the CruWear version came out I had to try it. I’ve carried this for about a month now at work doing the same things as the M4 version. This CruWear holds it edge far better and doesn’t roll like the M4 will do occasionally. The CruWear is easy to strop to an insanely sharp edge using a leather strop and Bark River’s CBN emulsion (4 and 2 micron). The micarta scales have a really nice soft feel to them. They look lighter than in the picture but I’m fine with that. They will get dirty anyways. The cutout for the compression lock does flex a little bit it hasn’t been an issue with a month of hard use. Spyderco knows what they are doing. Originally I was planning on swapping the blade into a different PM2 but I’m going to keep this exactly as it came. For the money, I don’t think you are going to get a better knife with this combination of materials. Also can’t beat the PM2 when it comes to ergonomics. As always, KSF was a pleasure to deal with: great communication and lightning fast shipping. If you’re on the fence about this knife just buy it and use it. You won’t be disappointed.

Spyderco paramilitary 2 follow up
I would have to say that after carrying this knife for several months now that the edge holding is quite impressive!

Spyderco paramilitary 2, in cruwear
I just received this knife and really like it. I was looking for a mid sized edc. This knife fits that well. Not too big and not too small with a nimble feel and slicing profile I highly recommend this one!
