Marcin Slysz has joined forces with Spyderco to create a knife that bridges the gap between modern knife production techniques and 19th century English Jack knife style. The traditional sway back pattern is both stylish and functional, the perfect frame to combine with high-tech machining and materials.
The SwayBack has a wharncliffe blade made of CTS-XHP premium stainless steel. Its hollow grind helps bring the blade to a razor-sharp edge, and the stonewashed finish will help hide wear marks that come with use. The frame of the knife consists of two titanium scales that have been crowned to create a more comfortable grip and refined appearance. The front scales has a cutout for easy access to reach the framelock mechanism located on the other side.
The knife rides on a polished stainless steel clip that can be switched to right or left side carry.
