Work Sharp: Rolling Knife Sharpener

This handheld sharpener uses a simple but effective concept to get a sharp edge on your blades. A magnetic angle block is used to hold the blade in place while the sharpener rolls an abrasive disc along the blade edge. The abrasive is interchangeable between 320 grit diamond, 600 grit diamond, and fine ceramic. The angle block can be set to 15°, 17°, 20°, or 25°.
