If you’re looking for a substantial EDC with no compromises, you’ve come to the right place. The ZT0393 is a Rick Hinderer collaboration based on Rick's Maximus and Eklipse models. The most distinctive feature is the harpoon-style version of Rick's famous “spanto” blade in CPM-20CV stainless steel.
The shape of the blade offers maximum cutting power and a sturdy tip for piercing. The 20CV steel has excellent hardness, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance. It’s the ultimate combination for a hard use EDC blade. The Zero Tolerance 0393 is smooth and easy opening, and blade moves deftly out of the handle with ZT’s KVT ball-bearing system and a handy flipper.
The ZT0393 is a very sharp-looking knife, and the aggressive look of the blade is complimented by the shape of the handle and inlay. The knife looks killer as it is in the light, and when you find yourself in the dark, the glow carbon fiber scales show off their luminosity.
One of the things that makes the ZT0393 knife so special is that it will accept a selection of Hinderer custom hardware, so you can really make it your own. Not often do custom and production knives blend in such an accessible way.
