The Bark River Trailing Point Hunter has the best features of the Classic Drop Point handle and Bark River Knives' Traditional Trailing Point blade. Bark River Knives made the blade a bit wider and longer than the Drop Point Hunter blade to maximize the slicing and skinning power of the knife. There is still plenty of straight edge from the plunge line to do camp – bushcrafting and food prep chores. The knife is only 4.7 Ounces so it is easy to carry on the belt or pack in your kit. The swedge grind thins the point for fine work. Bark River Knives' thinks that this will be the ultimate upswept design for everyone that prefers this style blade.
