This auto Benchmade is a tank
I wasn't sure what to think. I honestly bought the auto simply because every Benchmade I own is the traditional Axis Lock and for a good reason. They're super smooth and easy to open and close. My biggest fear was that the auto would actually be harder to open and close making it less useful. And to be honest, it's probably the case. That said the feeling of this blade swinging open with the Axis auto feature is pretty sweet. It pops open fast and with authority. Make sure you have a good grip on it. The knife is also very sharp which was an added bonus.
